TriaTrainer (Rosewood Stained Ash)
The 3-in-1 TriaTrainer Multi-Folding bench made from Natural Ash Wood finished with a Rosewood stain offers a very versatile training bench with an unrivaled contemporary design that is both extremely versatile and very practical.
Being avaialble in most of the same woods as the the rest of the NOHrD range of gym and fitness equipment the TriaTrainer fits in perfectly with the contemporary design; craftsmanship for which NOHrD is noted and this Ash (Club/Sport) model is no exception.
With it's unique multi-hindged design the NOHrD TriaTrainer by WaterRower offers 3 benches in one.
The TriaTrainer bench is upholstered with the very highest grade black faux leather available, guaranteed to afford unrivaled durability and strength however there is also the option of either Black or Tan real leather upholstry available by special order should it so be desired.
Please note that the leather options are special order and may be subject to longer lead times whereas the Faux Leather is typically held as a stock item for quick delivery. Also note that the Tan Leather still features a black foot/leg pad due to manufacturing limitations of the leather.
The NOHrD TriaTrainer is incredibly versatile and in keeping with the ultra-contemporary range of NOHrD gym and fitness equipment.
Designed more for studio fitness training and Calisthenics exercises rather than heavier weight training exercises the TriaTrainer is the perfect platform for use with the likes of the NOHrD Swingbells as seen in this picture when used in the fully open position although when locked in the fully folded position the TriaTrainer has an exceptionally strong structural form and could be used with significantly heavier weights or dumbbells.

Product Features:
The Club/Sport TriaTrainer is a multi-functional workout bench. Sleek and minimal in design, the trainer can be folded into three different positions to allow for a range of exercises. In the closed position work-out your abdominal and core muscles. Work your back muscles and glutes on the semi-bench (unfold on one side). At full-extension, all well-known bench workouts (with or without free weights) can be done. The footrest can be adjusted in all three bench positions to allow for a comfortable and secure workout. When not in use for your workout, the TriaTrainer can easily be stored away, or even used as a stool.
