NOHrD WallBars Natural Ash Wood (10 Rung)
The 10 Rung NOHrD WallBars are manufactured in Germany from natural ash wood as with the rest of the NOHrD/WaterRower fitness equipment range so it's possible to fit out an entire fitness studio with matching items. This includes the WallBar accessories, benches etc.
10 hole or 14 hole wallbars have the same overall dimensions, the only difference being the wider spacing afforded by having 4 less rungs in the wall-bar frame. The wider spacing of these 10-hole Ash Wallbars provides a spacing of 18cm between rungs which some users find more desireable for supporting the foot in a stretch for example but the 14 hole wall bars are the most popular.
