WaterGrinder - Upper Body Fitness Trainer
In sailing, it is the task of the grinder to transform wind into propulsion by hoisting the sails as quickly as possible. Grinders perform the backbreaking work on board- they are truly top athletes! The NOHrD WaterGrinder works to condition your entire upper body- arms, shoulders, chest and abs, as well as your entire back musculature. The upper body joints and spine will receive the exact necessary stress and motion impulses, crucial to mobility.
Seated or Standing
The WaterGrinder seat has three heights and it can be mounted on either side of the water grinder to allow forward or reverse grinding exercises as would replicate lowering or raising sails.
Exercises from both sides because the water drum is uni-directional due to paddle design and clutch mechanism.
Resistance High or Low
The hand pedals can be set in 8 different positions to adjust resistance: the smaller the rotation radius, the higher the intensity.
