The WaterRower Classic with S4 Performance Workout Monitor is made in America from American Black Walnut wood and finished with a Danish oil protective coat that soaks into the wood bringing out and enhancing the natural grain of the rower and protecting and sealing wood to ensure it's beauty it retained for many years to come.

When we first started selling WaterRowers at the turn of the millennium we'd sell something in the region of 100 Natural Ash WaterRowers to every 1 or 2 Classic Walnut WaterRowers but over the last 8 to 10 years we've seen a change from customers simply shopping for the cheapest waterrower on offer to seeking the one that is more desirable in terms of looks, which there's absolutely no doubt that the dark walnut Classic WaterRower is right up there.
